Our secure e-service board offers our customers 24x7 availability to post questions and problems cost effectively. Each customer is given their own private secure conference area to communicate with our staff. An automated email notification notifies the staff when questions have been posted and the customer when the answers are posted by staff.

As our customer privacy is extremely important we provide public conference boards to inform our customers of announcements, maintenance, and opportunities for promotion and marketing through our corporate programs. Our announcement conference allows our customers to post opportunities or promotions for our members to take advantage of if they choose to read them. The member has the choose to read or not read - no one is bothered by unwanted information.
