MasterBid Charity Auctions has a commitment to user privacy. This document
details and explains our information gathering policies for on site "users" (visitors and customers).
Information Gathering
On our websites we use the following to gather information - Contact Us forms, Sign Up forms, Contest
forms, Shopping Cart billing/shipping information and others. We may ask for information such as name,
company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and financial and billing information, such as billing
name and address and credit card number. MasterBid Charity Auctions only request the minimum information required to fulfill the product or service agreements entered into. Users may opt out of providing any additional information by leaving those fields blank. Required fields are
marked with an asterisk.
Information Use
We gather information for our own company uses. This may include sending additional information to interested
parties who have initiated contact with us to discuss their interest in our company's offerings. We do not
distribute or share these user's email addresses. Users can opt out of receiving information from us at any

Customers
Customers are asked to provide an email address when registering for our services. This is required
in order to receive a username and password, this may then be used to change or update the contact
information we currently have on file. We may also send emails from time to time to our customers indicating
planned service interruptions, press releases, service or product upgrades and price change notification.
Customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@strategicprofitsinc.com,
support@communitystorefronts.com and support@helpforcharities.com at any time or at the time the customer
has registered for the Service. Unless as we state at the time we request information, or as provided for in
the MasterBid Charity Auctions Terms and Conditions,
we do not disclose to any third party the information provided. All financial and billing information that we
collect through the site is used solely to bill for services. MasterBid Charity Auctions does not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the websites and are permitted to collect
information only if it is disclosed on the site. MasterBid Charity Auctions doesn't share any personally identifiable user information with these
parties.
Customers use our services to host data. MasterBid Charity Auctions will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the MasterBid Charity Auctions Terms and Conditions, or as
may be required by law. We will only view or access individual records with your permission (for example, to
resolve a problem or support issue) except as required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the

and Paypaq.com use a persistent cookie if the user requests to save and retrieve their authentication information
as well as other per-client device preferences. Upon initial visit to the site, Strategic Profits Inc.,
Communitystorefronts.com, Helpforcharities.com and Paypaq.com stores in a session cookie information about the
affiliate or promotion from which a site user originated. Acceptance of these cookies is optional. MasterBid Charity Auctions issues a mandatory session cookie to
each user only to record authentication information for the duration of a specific session. If this cookie is
rejected, access to and usage of the service will be denied.
Visitor Host Logging
The web servers run by MasterBid Charity Auctions log
the host information (IP address or hostname) of all visitors to our sites. This information is not shared with
any other companies and is used for preparation of demographic studies and to assist us in tracking visitors who
may have been attempting to purchase goods or services fraudulently.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Although there are no plans for a merger or acquisition at this time, in the event that one was to take place we
would have to divulge certain customer information at that time. All parties involved would be placed under
strict nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements and no customer information would be disclosed outside of
those agreements. Customers would be notified of this event in advance through our e-service notification system.
Third Party Sites
Our websites contain links to other websites. MasterBid Charity Auctions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other
sites. Users will need to check the privacy statement of these others websites to understand their policies. Users
who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep
such information private and confidential.
Opt-Out Policy
MasterBid Charity Auctions offer users a means to
choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering
Services, you change your mind about receiving information from us, send us a request specifying your new choice.

Correcting & Updating Your Information
If users need to update or change registration information they may so by editing their contact information.
To update contact information, log on to Customer and Technical Support Webboard and select contact information
within your own private conference. You can then add or update information. To update billing information please
post in the webboard or email support@strategicprofitsinc.com, support@communitystorefronts.com and
support@helpforcharities.com. To discontinue the service and to have data returned, make a webboard posting or
email support@strategicprofitsinc.com, support@communitystorefronts.com and support@helpforcharities.com. Any
