UNITED WAY TORONTO CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/Rescheduling by Participant: If your plans should change after you have registered, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time or you may transfer to another session or a different event at least 48 hours PRIOR TO the training for which you have enrolled. Contacting United Way Toronto in advance of the day of training will allow someone on the waiting list to attend if you must cancel or reschedule.
In the event you need to cancel your registration, you may do so for a full refund if you inform us of your cancellation at least 7 business days before the start of the training.
NO reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend your scheduled session. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be invoiced to your organization to pay for the space reserved for you.
Cancellation by United Way Toronto: Training may be cancelled at least one to five days in advance of the event if there is very low registration, or the instructor/facilitator is unavailable. Registration fees will be refunded or registrants will be offered to attend another training event, if available. All registrants will be contacted if United Way Toronto cancels a training workshop.
