Wylie Group Inc., is one of 49 fundraising professionals from around the world to be named an ePhilanthropy Master Trainer (ePMT) by the ePhilanthropy Foundation. “The Internet is playing a greater role in every aspect of our lives, including philanthropy,” said Ted Hart, ePMT, president and CEO of ePhilanthropy Foundation. “More and more nonprofit organizations are looking for practical information and training that’s based on true experience. As an ePhilanthropy Master Trainer, we have identified Catherine Pagliaro as an expert who has met our criteria and is willing to share their wealth of knowledge with others.”

Catherine graduated April 1992 from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 1993, the Internet caught Catherine’s attention and she envisioned the creation of a global hi tech solution services organization that would be both profitable and socially responsible. Wylie Group Inc. and Strategic Profits Inc. to develop secure, proven, affordable online business strategies and software service solutions for businesses and charities worldwide. Catherine has a superior wealth of e-commerce knowledge and expertise gained from literally hundreds of educational seminars, consultations and actual online e-business solutions development, with businesses and non-profit organizations over the last decade.

“The ePMT designation is a distinction recognizing the online knowledge and expertise that certain individuals have attained. The designation signifies to the nonprofit community that these individuals are the “best of the best” in their field and are available to share their experiences which are essential for helping nonprofit organizations tap into the power of the Internet with secure, cost effective, proven e-philanthropy strategies,” said Pagliaro.

The ePhilanthropy Foundation publishes a directory of skilled trainers and lecturers who hold the ePMT designation for the nonprofit community on its web site ( ). The list provides conference and seminar planners and nonprofit organizations a way to identify those who are most skilled in ePhilanthropy strategy and techniques.

The ePhilanthropy Foundation is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization devoted to fostering the secure, private, and ethical use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes. The major focus of the ePhilanthropy Foundation is nonprofit organizations and the publics they serve, to help foster an online environment in which donors can feel secure about their online transactions with non-profit organizations.
